SKST No‑Call / No‑Show Policy
(Including Studio Tours & In‑Person Appointments)
At SKST, professionalism and respect for time are non‑negotiable. When you schedule an appointment — whether it’s a studio tour, consultation, recording session, onboarding meeting, or any in‑person visit — that time is reserved exclusively for you.
What Counts as a No‑Call / No‑Show
A no‑call / no‑show occurs when a client or guest:
- Fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment
- Does not call, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule
- Arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior communication
This applies to:
- Studio tours
- Podcast or radio recording sessions
- Consultations
- Intake or onboarding meetings
- Any scheduled in‑person visit
Policy & Consequences
- First No‑Call / No‑Show: A $25 fee is added to your account. All future appointments are paused until the fee is paid.
- Second No‑Call / No‑Show: SKST reserves the right to discontinue services and decline future bookings.
- Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time may be treated as a no‑show at SKST’s discretion.
Why This Policy Exists
Your time matters. Our time matters. This policy ensures fairness, protects our schedule, and maintains the level of professionalism expected at SKST.
